Receptionist

As the face and voice of Fortune Cookie you will need to be professional, highly communicative and full of enthusiasm. You will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy switchboard, maintaining the reception area and making sure our visitor’s receive the highest standard of customer service. You will be expected to work as part of a team, monitor and co-ordinate activities and manage a wide range of administrative duties.

Description

Reporting to the Office Manager, your main responsibilities will include front of house combined with administration:

  • To ensure exemplary standards of front of house and customer service
  • Greeting client visitors and answering the main switchboard number, re-directing call and taking messages
  • Co-ordinate meeting room bookings – interviews, internal and external meetings using Outlook
  • Organise catering and refreshments for client meetings
  • Co-ordinating company stationary and general office and kitchen supplies
  • Travel arrangements, booking taxis and couriers

Skills required

  • 1-2 years experience of working in similar role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Exchange, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good telephone manner and ability to liaise confidently and professionally with clients and partners
  • Good time management working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
