The work:
We designed, developed and built the most comprehensive, end-to-end, online insurance system. On the site, customers can instantly get quotes, store them if they wish, and refer back to them later. All customers who buy insurance online automatically receive a dynamically generated cover note in the post too.
To maximise efficiency, we integrated the site with Tradex's back-office systems, enabling us to develop a range of versatile online reports. And to help Tradex brokers save time by managing their clients' accounts online, we developed a secure, easy-to-use extranet.
The results:
Delivering Tradex high volumes of new customers at a low capital cost, pound for pound the new website is outperforming all other channels. Since launch, online sales and online traffic have surged. The entire project has delivered a return on investment within a year, with over 90% of Tradex brokers signing up to the service within three months.
