Accor Services is a global leader in the provision of employee benefits. They wanted to improve interaction with prospects and customers by using immersive, emotive design while increasing credibility of the Childcare Vouchers scheme through sharing best practice. The site needed to reflect Accor Services’ new brand identity thus ensuring synergy with other Accor Services websites and offline marketing activities.

The work:

Accommodating the new brand, instinctive user journeys were established to take the various target audiences to pertinent information swiftly. Once there, clear, relevant calls to action were established to help all stakeholders achieve their goals quickly and easily. The entire experience was made to be one continuous, accessible, intuitive user journey.

The results:

Almost instantaneously leads generated from the site increased by over 350% and the homepage bounce rate halved. Users are more engaged with the site visiting twice as many pages as before. Most significantly, more parents are saving money as a result.
