A talented digital professional to manage complex projects for our highest profile clients, using emerging technologies and new methodologies.
What's the role?
You’ll be responsible for exciting, challenging projects for our top clients. You’ll determine how to approach each engagement to deliver innovative solutions whilst minimising risk. You’ll motivate and inspire teams of our technical and creative specialists to do their best work. You’ll work closely with the Account Director on new opportunities and ensuring we provide excellence in client service.
You are someone who...
- Is an expert in their chosen field, be it application development, content management systems or user experience.
- Is highly organised and extremely responsive
- Can manage demanding work streams concurrently
- Can meet project curveballs with cool, flexible, lateral thinking
- Can manage client expectations effectively
Boxes to tick
- strong client-facing and negotiation skills
- effective team management and motivation skills
- excellent communication skills, including written English, verbal presentation and visual representation
- disciplined PM skills: risk management, status reporting, change management
- accomplished in estimation techniques and proposal writing
- previous experience working in a digital agency
- proven experience managing £100k+ projects
- practical knowledge of web design and/or development
- in-depth knowledge of Agile, Prince 2 and/or SCRUM
