A panel of travel industry experts has chosen leading digital agency Fortune Cookie (www.fortunecookie.co.uk) to receive Travolution magazine’s Best Agency for Travel Websites Award at the Travolution Awards 2009 (www.travolutionawards.co.uk), which were held at The Dorchester in London last night.
The judges remarked, “Showing a passion for their craft and boldness in design, the judges were impressed by the investment in research as well as originality and innovation in design for clients.”
Founded in 1997 by managing director Justin Cooke, Fortune Cookie has designed and built websites, undertaken usability testing at its London lab, forged winning strategic partnerships and helped to deliver stunning business results for a range of national and international travel brands including Small Luxury Hotels of the World, TUI, The Atlantic Hotel, Great Rail Journeys, National Rail Enquiries, Passenger Focus, Voyages Jules Verne and Europcar.

Fortune Cookie also designed and built Kuoni.co.uk, which was awarded top prize in the ‘Best Tour Operator Website’ category: “Inspirational and classy, the judges felt the winner included some excellent functionality alongside strong design and an ability to reinforce the company’s brand as a provider of quality product.” said the judges.
