About me

Ed MacDonald

Ed heads up our team of QA Analysts and has been involved in all technical projects since he joined Fortune Cookie in 2009.

Ed deals with aspects of projects such as Test plans, Test scripts, Test automation, Maintenance testing, Deployment testing and works with the Technical team on Performance/Load testing. In addition he also configures and administers the two bug tracking solutions, JIRA and Lighthouse and is an expert on W3C Web Content Accessibility Guideline (WCAG) compliance.

Prior to joining Fortune Cookie Ed worked as a Software Tester at other agencies including Rufus Leonard and Epic as well as the BBC.
